Grenseveien 21 – South
The heart of FOMO Campus with its floral street decorated in colors and impressions. The entire building was renovated in 2020 and 2023 to accommodate ambitious tech companies and host a massive 15 000 m² coworking.

Vassbotnen 1
Constructed by Trallfa Gruppen in 2003 and 2008, this brick marvel served as their head office for many years. Built to an outstanding standard, it reflects the industrial ambition of its time. Upgraded by FOMO in 2022-2025.

Erected by Hydro in 1985 it stands as a testimony of time and ambition. The building represents a rare high-tech architecture with qualities that make it Forus' only heritage-listed office building. Fully renovated in 2026.

Grenseveien 21 – North
Built in 1997 to host Statoil's massive growth and renovated by FOMO in 2020 to accommodate companies with 50 to 100 employees. It has a more laid-back, boutique hotel vibe, and holds a large storage facility in the basement.

Really neat building. Different themes on the various office floors, amazing cafeteria area, with great food. Recreational features (that I haven't been able to try out) like gym and escape room!
By far the best coworking space I've ever been. The design is beautiful and unique. The WiFi absolutely amazing and lastly but the best is their staff. They are absolutely amazing, friendly and welcoming 😊 Oh and also the food 🥰 …
We were here a little while ago and had a photoshoot with Vivvoe, who has offices at FOMO. My god, I don't even know where to begin. It's the coolest office building I've ever been in, like something pulled straight out of the office concept of the future. After this I can never be satisfied anywhere else. Come to Trondheim!
